"100% percent metal" would be a great promotional tag for a CD. It might even be useful in describing an old-fashioned garbage can. It does not, however, serve much purpose in describing the make-up of a belt consisting of chains and oriental-looking coins.All things considered, though, I'm a little wary of "metal" items from China these days. Hmm.
